岗位职责:
1.针对墨西哥市场用户，策划并执行覆盖用户全生命周期的拉新与留存活动，提升用户活跃度；
2.跟进活动相关素材的设计进展，评估素材质量并推动优化迭代；
3.联动市场、产品、算法等相关团队，推进运营方案落地并持续追踪实施效果；
4.完成上级交办的其他工作任务。

任职要求
1.统招本科及以上学历，用于替换在职人员，非新增编制。Replaceexistingemployee,notanewposition.具备1年以上用户运营或活动运营相关经验；
2.英语能力优秀，可熟练运用英语进行日常沟通与书面交流；
3.工作细致负责，具备良好的人际沟通与协调能力，拥有丰富的团队协作实践经验。
